If you're having a problem on Bookish, we'll do everything we can to help. We recommend starting with our frequently asked questions to see if your issue has already been answered. If not, feel free to email us and we'll do our best to respond quickly.

Our target response time for email is between 24 and 48 business hours. Please be as descriptive as possible with your issue—take screen shots, if possible, and include the type of hardware you are using (Windows, Mac, iPhone, etc.) or the browser version. Make sure to keep all passwords secure. Employees of Bookish will never ask you for your credit card or your social security number.

Want to return a book?

We will gladly accept the return of any item you purchased in its original, unmarked and unused condition within 30 days of the shipment date. A full refund, less shipping charges, will be promptly issued to your credit card. A copy of the packing slip must accompany all returns, which is included with the purchase. If you do decide to return your purchase, please send the package by UPS, USPS insured, or any other method that provides insurance and tracking. You should retain the insurance and shipping receipt showing when and how you sent it until the credit appears on your charge card account.
